What’s included in private 1:1 Mindful Hypnobirthing?
-
Sessions are relaxed, conversational and practical—not hours of being talked at.
We’ll begin with your individual hopes, worries and previous experiences, then focus each session around the support you need most. You and your birth partner will practise the techniques together, with time between sessions to discover what feels genuinely helpful for you.
There’s no pressure to relax in a particular way or use every technique. We’ll adapt the approach as we go, building a toolkit that feels comfortable, realistic and personal to you.
-
Together, we’ll explore:
• The fear–tension–pain cycle and ways to reduce fear and tension
• Adaptable hypnobirthing tools for every birth pathway
• Practical breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques
• Hypnotic scripts and guided mindfulness practices
• Preparing emotionally and building confidence in your body
• Practical strategies your birth partner can practice during pregnancy, so they are effortless in birth/labour.Everything is taught realistically - there are no wrong choices in birth, only informed ones.
-
You’ll receive:
• All course resources and handouts
• Personalised audio recordings to practise at home
• A CPCB goody bag with helpful items for preparation and birth
• Ongoing emotional support via WhatsApp throughout our time working togetherYou can ask questions, share worries and talk through decisions with zero bias and zero judgement.
-
Sessions can be adapted around your communication, processing, sensory and energy needs.
We can adjust the pace, timings, breaks, session structure and resources to help you feel comfortable and get the most from our time together. We’ll discuss any helpful adjustments before your first session and continue adapting as we go.
We work together to create a PEN profile for hospital staff if needed.
