Session 5: The Fourth Trimester and Postnatal Wellbeing. - 2 hours
Session 6 (BONUS session): Online session with partners only - 1 hour.

Mindful Hypnobirthing
This course is to be completed between 24-32 weeks pregnant, it combines mindfulness and hypnosis because you need to prepare your mindset for birth.
The hypnosis element of the course is important, I was taught to be a hypnobirthing educator by Sophie Fletcher, Hypnotherapist and Author of the amazing “Mindful Hypnobirthing” book that is must have whilst pregnant, so I deliver authentic hypnobirthing.
Learn practical strategies based on psychological principles and psychology is a science!
Discover adaptable tools and techniques for whatever journey birth takes you on.
Develop knowledge and skills to make birth the best possible experience it can be.
Prepare physically and emotionally to ensure you feel in control of your mind, body and birth.
Learn to calm your mind for a birth experience you can feel confident and positive about and reduce fear and apprehension.
Ensure that you are calm of mind to enable your brain to dial down the pain through hypnotic suggestion.

Back for More - Refresher Course
Updated antenatal course for experienced/returning parents.
Our classes are for first timers, solo parents, couples or even fourth timers!
Location: Online or at Playhouse, Oxted. Your older ones can play and you can have a coffee and cake!
Learn how to advocate for the birth you want, if different from the last! Or advocate for a similar birth plan!
Feel empowered around others in similar positions.
There isn’t much support out there for second/third/fourth etc parents, we want to change that.
Learn how to manage with other children in the family, what to do when they meet them, how they might react.
New to the area? Meet other experienced parents! Always great to find people you can go to a local sensory class with or find classes for multiple children!

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

Growing a baby is a full-time job for your body and mind. Whether you're preparing for birth or simply seeking a pocket of peace in your pregnancy, this class is your opportunity to press pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, your body, and your baby.
Our Pregnancy Relaxation Class is designed to help you rest, recharge, and gently prepare for labour using calming techniques.

The Fourth Trimester & Early Days
Birth is an event, life with a baby is the real journey.
This supportive class is ideal following on from the Antenatal class and/or Hypnobirthing class, but also a comforting form of support in a particularly vulnerable time even as a stand alone course.
We coach you to trust your instincts and advocate for your preferences/choices.
We fill in the gaps between Health Visitor/Midwife appointments.
ADDS to postnatal support.
We offer time to reflect and have discussions around your birth and your wellbeing. There are some NHS trusts that have stopped offering birth debriefs, so it can be helpful for us to reflect together on how you felt it went.
Combats isolation and increases your support system.
