Antenatal classes prepare you for labour, birth, feeding, caring for your baby and the postnatal period. Hypnobirthing focuses more deeply on reducing fear, understanding the mind–body connection and practising relaxation and coping techniques. You can choose either—or combine both.

You can book at any stage of pregnancy, although earlier booking gives you more time to practise and prepare. If your due date is approaching, contact me and we can find the most useful option for the time you have available.

Absolutely. Birth partners are actively included and learn practical ways to support you, protect your birth environment and help you communicate your preferences.

Not at all. Hypnobirthing can support home births, hospital births, inductions, assisted births and planned or unplanned caesareans. It’s about feeling informed and supported—not achieving one particular type of birth.

Yes. Support can be tailored to your previous experiences, current concerns and the areas you want to approach differently this time.

Group courses are held in person in Caterham, with selected workshops in surrounding areas. Private sessions are available across Surrey, Kent, South London and West Sussex, or online wherever you are.

Yes. Private and selected group sessions can be delivered online, with the same personalised teaching, discussion and practical preparation.
