Preparing for Baby #2/3/4: The Family Transition Course - April Course (For babies due late May-July)

Location: Online course - we know how difficult it can be to find childcare!

Included is an organised social meet up with older children too in Surrey.

This 6-hour online course is designed especially for parents who have already welcomed one or more children and are preparing to grow their family again.

Rather than focusing on repeating standard antenatal information, we focus on the emotional, practical and relationship changes that come with welcoming another baby — helping you feel confident, connected and supported as your family grows.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

(6 hours total + an in-person social event):

• Emotional support and preparation for any fears/worries for birth and beyond

• Helping you to support your older child through big changes

• Managing overwhelm, guilt and divided attention

• Strengthening your relationship and family routines

• Preparing for birth when you already have a child/children at home

• Advocacy in birth and your birth rights

• Hypnobirthing taster with some strategies to help you in birth and beyond

• Realistic preparation for the early weeks with two (or more)
