If you are feeling unsure, anxious or fearful of birth or becoming a parent…you are not alone.

Most people may not need more information, and instead need to feel calm, in control of their mindset and supported.

This is a focused, supportive way to feel exactly that.

This is about how you feel going in to birth.

This group course helps you:

  • Help your partner to also feel calm and confident, but also fully involved and realistically prepared.

So when labour begins, you don’t panic or get scared – you feel calm, confident and realistically prepared.

What’s included:

  • 2 live online sessions (2 hours each = 4 hours total)

  • Small group, limited spaces.

  • Understanding how fear, tension and worry impacts birth and pain levels.

  • How to work with your body in birth

  • How to promote the right, helpful hormones in labour

  • Practical tools to help you stay calm and in control. Not overwhelm you.

  • Breathing, relaxation, mindfulness, grounding, and visualisation techniques

  • Supportive guided hypnobirthing for practice

  • 2 x audio recordings/tracks included

  • Partner-focused support.

  • A calm, supportive space – no judgement, no jargon.

  • WhatsApp support and emotional wellbeing check ins.

£120 per couple.

We are not covering a full antenatal class – if you are looking for information about stages of labour, interventions, feeding and newborn care – that’s covered in my in-person antenatal and hypnobirthing classes.

This is focused specifically on how you feel going into birth and ways to cope and manage with labour and postnatal recovery.
