Preparing for Baby #2/3/4: The Family Transition Course
There isn’t much support out there for when you have a second, third, fourth etc.
Until now.
Our classes are for second, third or even fourth timers!
Location: Online and a social at Clubhouse, in Caterham. Your older ones can play and you can have a coffee and cake!
This 6-hour online course is designed especially for parents who have already welcomed one or more children and are preparing to grow their family again.
We do the course online as we truly understand how difficult it can be to find childcare!
Rather than only focusing on repeating standard antenatal information, we focus on the emotional, practical and relationship changes that come with welcoming another baby — helping you feel confident, connected and supported as your family grows.
WHAT IS INCLUDED (6 hours total + 1 hour social):
Emotional support and preparation for any fears/worries for birth and beyond
Supporting your older child through big changes
Managing overwhelm, guilt and divided attention
Strengthening your relationship and family routines
Preparing for birth when you already have a child/children at home
Advocacy in birth and your birth rights
Hypnobirthing taster with some strategies to help you in birth and beyond
Realistic preparation for the early weeks with two (or more)
The course ends with an optional in-person social at Clubhouse, Caterham, where families can meet, relax and begin building their local support network — older children are more than welcome.

Wednesday 22nd April 7:30/8-9:30/10pm (flexible around bedtimes!)

Wednesday 6th May 7:30/8-9:30/10pm (flexible around bedtimes!)
COST:
Group session: £149 + cost of clubhouse for your older child/children (age dependent).
Personalised 1:1 sessions: £249
