Our Mindful Hypnobirthing classes combine relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness techniques with practical birth preparation, helping you feel calm, empowered, and in control.
Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or aren’t sure yet — these sessions give you zero-judgement, realistic preparation that works for every type of birth.
Research shows consistently that hypnosis/hypnobirthing reduces fear/anxiety about childbirth and improves birth satisfaction (Fernandez-Gamero et al., 2024).
Hypnobirthing isn’t about “doing birth one way” — it’s about giving you and your partner the tools to feel confident, supported, and ready.
There are no wrong choices in birth, only informed ones.

The hypnosis element of the course is important, I was taught by Sophie Fletcher, Hypnotherapist and Author of the amazing “Mindful Hypnobirthing” book, so I deliver authentic hypnobirthing.
What’s Included
6 hours in total (3 x 2 hours) of Mindful Hypnobirthing sessions (in-person or online).
Birth preparation - fear, tension, pain cycle and how to avoid it so your muscles can work together in birth.
Tools and techniques that are adaptable to any birth situation.
Practical breathing, visualisation, and relaxation techniques.

No — hypnobirthing supports all types of birth. Whether vaginal, induction, or caesarean, the tools help you feel calmer and more in control. It isn’t unrealistic - we prepare you for plan A, B and C!

Some people report having a pain free birth, however I do not claim that my sessions can do this. What Hypnobirthing can do is ensure that you are calm of mind to enable your brain to dial down the pain through hypnotic suggestion.

1:1 sessions will be in the comfort of your own home. Group sessions will be run in Caterham (Surrey), East Grinstead (West Sussex), Oxted (Surrey) and online. 1:1 sessions are available across Surrey, Kent, and West Sussex.
